If you're a homeowner managing a renovation or build, the Essential plan gives you project tracking, budget visibility, and contractor collaboration. If you're a solo contractor managing 1–2 sites, start with Essential at $5/month. Small crews running more projects are best on Solo at $15/month. Growing firms managing multiple sites and clients will find Business at $149/month the right fit. You can upgrade at any time — your data and history carry over instantly. Upgrading takes less than 30 seconds.

You can pay every month, every quarter, or once per year. Quarterly and yearly plans are priced lower than paying the monthly rate for the same period — for example Essential is $12/quarter or $50/year versus $5/month if you stayed on monthly.

Every contractor plan includes a 30-day free trial. You sign up with email or phone only — we don't take payment up front. You get full access to the features in the plan you pick. Your project data is always preserved.

When your trial ends, we pause access until you subscribe, and we email you with a link and instructions to pay and continue. There is no automatic charge — you choose when to subscribe. Once you pay, your access resumes with the same data.

No per-user fees. Workers are records you manage, not app users — so adding 80 workers doesn't cost you 80× a seat price. Client accounts and limits depend on your plan tier. The price you see is the price you pay, flat.

Yes — homeowners and clients don't pay to collaborate. When a client is invited to a contractor's project, they get a free account to track progress, view payments, and raise requests. Homeowners who want to create and manage their own projects can start on the Essential plan. Only the managing party pays — and they can start free for one month. Their access is fully included in your contractor plan, and clients never see wage or payroll data.

OnsiteTrax will prompt you to upgrade before you can add more than your plan allows. Your existing data is never deleted or locked. We'll give you clear notice before any limits are enforced, and upgrading takes seconds. You won't be cut off mid-project.

Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings with no penalty or exit fees. On monthly billing, you keep access until the end of the billing cycle. On quarterly or yearly billing, you'll retain full access for the paid period and won't be charged again at renewal. We don't do dark patterns — cancellation is a single button.

All data is stored securely with server-enforced access controls — each contractor can only see their own projects, workers, and client data. If you cancel and downgrade to a lower plan, your data remains accessible within that plan's limits. Export availability depends on your plan — higher tiers such as Business include advanced exports. We don't delete accounts — you can resume a paid plan and pick up exactly where you left off.
