If you're a solo contractor managing 1–2 sites, start with Solo at $12/month. Small crews running up to 5 projects are best on Starter at $29/month. Growing firms managing multiple sites and clients will find Pro at $79/month the right fit. Large established firms should use Enterprise (custom pricing). You can upgrade at any time — your data and history carry over instantly. Upgrading takes less than 30 seconds.

You can pay every month, every quarter, or once per year. Quarterly and yearly plans are priced lower than paying the monthly rate for the same period — for example Solo is $29/quarter or $120/year versus $12/month if you stayed on monthly. Enterprise is always quoted with sales.

Every contractor plan includes a one-month free trial. You sign up with email or phone only — we don't take payment up front. You get full access to the features in the plan you pick. Your project data is always preserved.

When your trial ends, we pause access until you subscribe, and we email you with a link and instructions to pay and continue. There is no automatic charge — you choose when to subscribe. Once you pay, your access resumes with the same data.

No per-user fees. Workers are records you manage, not app users — so adding 80 workers doesn't cost you 80× a seat price. Client accounts are included based on plan tier (1 on Solo, 3 on Starter, unlimited on Pro and Enterprise). The price you see is the price you pay, flat.

Yes — clients don't pay anything. When you add a client to a project, they receive a free account linked to your project. They see updates, milestones, payment ledger, and can raise requests. Their access is fully included in your contractor plan. Only the contractor pays for the subscription.

OnsiteTrax will prompt you to upgrade before you can add more than your plan allows. Your existing data is never deleted or locked. We'll give you clear notice before any limits are enforced, and upgrading takes seconds. You won't be cut off mid-project.

Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings with no penalty or exit fees. On monthly billing, you keep access until the end of the billing cycle. On quarterly or yearly billing, you'll retain full access for the paid period and won't be charged again at renewal. We don't do dark patterns — cancellation is a single button.

We offer special rates for early-stage contracting businesses and NGO infrastructure projects. Contact our team with details about your organisation — we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis and try to make OnsiteTrax accessible to teams that need it most.

All data is stored securely with server-enforced access controls — each contractor can only see their own projects, workers, and client data. If you cancel and downgrade to a lower plan, your data remains accessible within that plan's limits. You can export payroll data to XLSX at any time on Pro or Enterprise plans. We don't delete accounts — you can resume a paid plan and pick up exactly where you left off.
